This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Miniatures Shop and should be read together with our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Policy Overview

We take utmost care in packing and shipping our products, especially fragile miniatures.

Returns and refunds are subject to inspection and approval by Miniatures Shop.

The policy differs for Domestic (India) and International orders, as outlined below.
2. Domestic Orders (Within India)
2.1 Eligible Reasons for Return / Refund
Domestic orders are eligible for return or refund only under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

Product damaged during transit
-
Defective or missing item
-
Any fulfillment error from Miniatures Shop
2.2 Return Request Timeline

Return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Customers must provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
2.3 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items (Domestic)
The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:

Change of mind or personal preference

Minor color, finish, or sculpt variations (miniatures are handcrafted)

Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Orders refused or rejected at delivery without a valid reason

COD orders rejected without cause
2.4 Return Process (Domestic)

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
2.5 Refund Method (Domestic)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
-
Refunds are completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (including the ₹199 COD charge) are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from Miniatures Shop.
3. International Orders (Outside India)
3.1 No Return / No Refund Policy

International orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes delays caused by customs clearance, courier partners, or local regulations.
3.2 Exception – Mistake from Our Side
An international return or refund will be considered only if:

An incorrect product was shipped, or
-
The product arrived damaged due to improper packing by Miniatures Shop, or
-
There was a clear fulfillment error on our part
Conditions:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Photo or video proof is mandatory

Resolution (refund, partial refund, or replacement) will be decided by Miniatures Shop
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund.

Reshipping costs, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.
5. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
Returns or refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

Festive or peak sale seasons

Natural calamities
-
Government restrictions
-
Courier or logistics disruptions
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Final Authority

Miniatures Shop reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request.

All decisions made by Miniatures Shop shall be final and binding.
