This Shipping Policy describes the shipping, dispatch, and delivery terms for all orders placed on Miniatures Shop, including Domestic (India) and International orders.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

1.1 Prepaid Orders

  • All prepaid orders with an order value above ₹500 are eligible for free shipping.

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier facility.

1.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • All COD orders are verified via call or message before dispatch.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from the date of successful verification.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier facility.

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹199 is applicable on all COD orders, irrespective of order value.

COD Eligibility Note

  • If a customer places a COD order and refuses or rejects delivery without a valid reason, the customer will not be eligible for Cash on Delivery for future orders.

  • Miniatures Shop reserves the right to restrict COD services for such customers.

2. International Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

  • All international orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase.

  • International orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days from order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination country, customs clearance, and courier partner, and may range from 7 to 21 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges, which are borne entirely by the customer.

  • Miniatures Shop has no control over customs processes or delays.

3. Shipping Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

Although we strive to meet all shipping timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Festive seasons or sale periods

  • Natural calamities

  • Government regulations or restrictions

  • Courier or logistics partner disruptions

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

  • All delivery timelines provided are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • Customers must ensure that accurate and complete shipping information is provided at checkout.

  • Miniatures Shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
