Terms and Conditions – Business Registration
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, submitting a business enquiry, or placing an order, the applicant (“Business”, “Buyer”, “You”, or “User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.
2. Business Registration
2.1 Business registration is mandatory to access business pricing.
2.2 All information provided must be accurate and complete.
2.3 Additional documents may be requested for verification.
3. Verification & Approval
3.1 Registration does not guarantee approval.
3.2 Approval is subject to verification at the Company’s discretion.
3.3 The Company may approve or reject applications without assigning reasons.
4. Business Account Activation
4.1 Upon approval, a business login will be enabled.
4.2 Login credentials are confidential.
4.3 The Buyer is responsible for all account activity.
5. Business Pricing
5.1 Business rates apply only after approval.
5.2 Pricing may be revised without prior notice.
6. Taxes (GST)
6.1 All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
6.2 GST and applicable taxes shall be charged extra as per law.
7. Payment Terms (100% Prepaid – No COD)
7.1 All business orders must be fully prepaid.
7.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
7.3 Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
8. Orders & Final Sale
8.1 All business orders are final and binding.
8.2 Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation.
9. No Return / No Refund Policy
9.1 All business purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
9.2 No returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be permitted under any circumstances.
10. Transportation & Transit Risk
10.1 All goods shall be transported at the Buyer’s sole risk.
10.2 The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, theft, or deterioration of goods during transit.
10.3 Risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer immediately upon dispatch from the Company’s premises.
10.4 Any insurance during transit, if required, shall be arranged by the Buyer at their own cost.
11. Accuracy of Information
11.1 The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of all provided information.
11.2 Incorrect or misleading details may result in account termination.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
12.1 The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
12.2 Fraudulent activity may lead to legal action.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13.2 Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
14. Amendments
14.1 The Company may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
14.2 Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
